Halton Group is expanding its U.S. operations with the opening of a USD $8 million plant in Kentucky.

The 40,000 square foot facility will manufacture air-handling units, make-up air units and exhaust air pollution control systems for commercial kitchens.

It will also host a Halton Innovation Hub – the company’s research and development centre – within the next couple of years.

In 2018, Halton acquired LCSystems, which brought along new air handling unit knowhow and technology that will also be manufactured in the new production unit.

The factory was inaugurated on May 16, 2019 and is expected to be operational by the end of the month. www.halton.com
